About The Position

The Campaign Analysis Section Manager will join our OMA-SW Department that supports multiple IRADs, CR&Ds, pursuits, and programs in Air and Space domains, Land and Air Defense, and Naval Power. You will be responsible for leading a team of 8-15 Engineers focused on the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex threat environments. You will work with the team to generate virtual and/or analytical solutions to identify technology gaps, demonstrate the operational benefits of new mission concepts in complex operational scenarios, develop requirements, and test systems. You will have opportunities to use a wholistic mindset coupled with your engineering skills to develop and visualize solutions in support of one or more projects as an individual contributor. You will be accountable for the work and delivery of products from your section. The Section Manager is responsible for direct line management activities for the team, including performance development and appraisal (including salary planning), career development, staffing allocation and ensuring your team has the resources needed to perform their work, and ensuring adherence to company policies and administrative requirements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment. You will be responsible for the flow of communications between your section and Raytheon management, flowing communications down to your team and providing status and reports up to Raytheon management. You will perform an evaluation of end-to-end system needs to discover system interfaces and data connectivity requirements across the kill-chain. You will work on the modeling of system and mission kill chains with tools such as Government, Commercial, and Raytheon simulations (e.g. AFSIM, RCADE). You will lead the development of metrics and results products that communicate the chain of events that led to an action. You will lead the Implementation of algorithms to provide next-generation performance across the entire system of systems.
