Within the context of a patient, client and family centred model of care and, in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of Providence Health Care, promotes a safe, respectful, and civil working environment for patients, residents, families, visitors and staff. Reporting to the Patient Care Manager or designate, obtains and inputs patient information for the admission and/or discharge of outpatients at Holy Family Hospital Rehabilitation Services into computerized information system. Performs reception and clerical functions such as receiving and providing routine information to visitors/patients, answering and relaying telephone messages, typing documents, filing, and faxing information as directed or according to established policies and procedures.
