This job supports the department(s) assigned by performing a variety of clerical tasks such as typing, sorting, filing, photocopying, maintaining calendars, booking travel, meeting arrangements/minutes, submitting expense reports and ordering supplies. Serves as a role model within the department to all clerical staff; and represents the Department in all interactions. Creates documents such as memos and other correspondence and generates reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software as needed. This job serves as a point of contact for the department answering calls, relaying messages, and escalating issues to the appropriate person/group.
