The Part Time Secretary will assist member requests received via phone, walk-in, or e-mail. This role is responsible for taking membership payments for new members and renewals and transferring them to the Home Office at least once per week. The secretary will also maintain all files for the county farm bureau in proper order according to established policies and attend meetings of county personnel as directed. Additionally, the role involves typing letters, memos, and other correspondence for the county office and requires a professional appearance.
