About The Position

The Virginia State Police (VSP) is seeking to hire a Secretary Senior in our Division No. 2, Area No. 14 Office located in Edinburg, Virginia. The job duties for this position include but are not limited to: To oversee and organize general office operations. To establish priorities and make independent decisions. To interpret, apply, retain and recall policies, procedures, and written instructions. To communicate orally and in writing with public and co-workers. Requirements

  • Knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Skill in operating computers.
  • Skill in using and maintaining automated office equipment.
  • Skill in using Microsoft Office applications.
