About The Position

Provides secretarial and clerical support to the department and staff in an effort to ensure cost effective measures of operation and optimal lines of communication. Maintains databases as appropriate for efficient departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Two years of clerical experience preferred, experience in healthcare environment desired.
  • Clear Driving Record.
  • Formal training or direct experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and familiarity with personal computers and other office equipment.
  • Demonstrates excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational skills and confidentiality are a must.
