This position is a 52-week clerical role within the Community Education Center, reporting to the Director of Community Education. The primary function is to assist in the operation of Utica Community School District Community Education programs, including School-Aged Childcare, Early Childhood, and Enrichment programs. The role involves general secretarial duties, student registration, phone support, and maintaining compliance with district policies and state licensing guidelines. The environment is fast-paced with numerous interruptions, requiring the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
