About The Position

Zantech is a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business focused on providing complex, mission-focused solutions. The company is seeking a talented VTC Facilitator for an On-site role at Fort Lee VA to contribute to an upcoming Information Technology Support Services project. This VTC Facilitator will provide daily operations support for all video teleconference (VTC) systems and facility operations across the CASCOM enterprise at Fort Lee, Virginia. The role involves ensuring continuous, trouble-free transmission of all video teleconferences, including classified SIPRNET conferences, and training users on proper VTC equipment operation.

Requirements

  • 8 years minimum of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment
  • 8 years minimum deploying systems in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Daily operation of all VTC systems and facility operations
  • Pre-conference testing, setup, and coordination for video teleconferences and meetings
  • Crypto keying functions on VTC equipment for secure (SIPRNET) video teleconferences
  • VTC scheduling software operation to coordinate users, participants, schedulers, and facilitators
  • SIPRNET Kiosk access support for customers
  • User training on proper VTC system use and operation
  • Technical assistance as backup to Cyber Security Division when requested
  • Microsoft Windows environment: Windows Server 2019, Microsoft Exchange, Forefront TMG, SharePoint, SQL Server 2019, current OS and applications
  • Knowledge of IT concepts, principles, and methods
  • Software tools for loading images and configuring managed computers
  • PC architecture, hardware, and software capability and configurations
  • DoD 8570.01-M compliance for IA/IT workforce certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study; OR Eight (8) or more years of related experience in lieu of degree
  • IAT Level II baseline certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security)
  • Computing Environment (CE) certification for all operating systems and security tools supported under this contract
  • DoD IA Cyber Awareness Training prior to network access; renewed annually
  • AT Level I Antiterrorism Training within 30 days of start
  • OPSEC Level I Training within 30 days of start; annual refresh required
  • US Citizenship and the ability to maintain an Active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.

  • Cisco Video Collaboration certifications (e.g., Cisco Telepresence solutions)

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operations of all VTC systems and facility operations, ensuring continuous and trouble-free conference transmission
  • Perform pre-conference testing and full setup for all video teleconferences and meetings
  • Operate crypto keying functions on VTC equipment for all secure (SIPRNET) video teleconferences
  • Use VTC scheduling software to coordinate users, participants, schedulers, and facilitators across the enterprise
  • Train users on proper use and operation of all VTC systems; provide desk-side instruction as needed
  • Assist customers with access to the SIPRNET Kiosk
  • Provide technical assistance as backup support to the Cyber Security Division upon request
  • Respond to and resolve VTC-related incident tickets within PWS response time requirements: 24-hour acknowledge, 48-72 hour resolution; 2-hour response for VIP/priority users
  • Maintain Continuity Books documenting VTC troubleshooting procedures and known issues
