About The Position

Cranium Academy is hiring a Secondary Teacher to teach 7th and 8th grade. The teacher facilitates student learning and growth by imparting knowledge, guiding understanding, and fostering critical thinking in their area of expertise. The role includes creating a positive, supportive learning environment and helping students engage with real-world problems. Cranium Academy provides educators with resources, career development programs, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field at minimum.
3–5 years of elementary or middle school teaching experience.
Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask.
Strong curriculum experience.
Positive interpersonal skills with students and parents.
Complete Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law; screening may be required through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
