As a Secondary Operations Technician, you'll be the final craftsperson who transforms raw molded parts into finished products ready for our demanding customers. Requirements

Previous rotomolding, plastic fabrication, or general manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficiency with hand tools, rotary cutters, sanders, drills, and trim equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Solid understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Remove flash, gates, and excess material from rotomolded parts using hand tools, pneumatic trimmers, and rotary equipment. Achieve clean edges that meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
Sand, grind, and polish surfaces to specifications. Identify and address warping, voids, air bubbles, and surface imperfections before they reach customers.
Execute precise drilling, cutting, and assembly operations. Install bosses, inserts, and other components as required by customer specifications.
Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections at each stage. Measure dimensions, verify fits, and compare finished parts against customer specifications and quality standards.
Prepare completed parts for shipment. Ensure proper protection, labeling, and documentation to support on-time delivery.
Work closely with production scheduling, quality, and logistics teams. Report defects, communicate bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
