About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Production Associate to support the forming and production of precision medical device components. This role involves hands-on manual work combined with machine operation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods, following detailed work instructions, and completing production documentation accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous microscope inspection or assembly experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Form small medical device components using hand force (up to 10 lbs.)
• Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Read and complete router steps, labels, and production documentation
• Set up and adjust equipment to required specifications
• Perform quality checks using microscopes and measuring tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Support departmental quality and workmanship goals
