The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting the Secondary Marketing Manager in the day-to-day Secondary Marketing job functions. This includes completing lock and pricing review request queues submitted by operations staff and internal mortgage loan officers. Pricing review task requests vary, and the Secondary Marketing Analyst is expected to carefully review and evaluate each request. The task will include completing the updates in the loan record, re-pricing loans using a historical pricing tool, updating the lock record, and checking the alerts to ensure loan changes are within guidelines. In addition, the Secondary Marketing Analyst will maintain an understanding of each investor’s specific lock policies and have basic product knowledge.
