Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to add and subtract with decimals
Ability to record data in computers
Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Inspect components and parts for cleanliness, defects, or containments.
Identifies and reports any deviations from quality standards to supervisors.
Follow established procedures to clean components using various cleaning methods, such as solvent cleaning, or other appropriate methods.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with company protocols.
Perform precision plugging and sealing operations on components as required, ensuring proper sealing to prevent contamination or leakage.
Use specialized tools and techniques to achieve precise results.
Ensure that cleaning and plugging equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance departments.
