About The Position

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Enfield, recognised as Good by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Secondary LSA to join their team from September 2026. Requirements

• Hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university
• Previous child-centred experience (schools, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or similar)
• Proactive, compassionate, and committed attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship offered)

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum
• Providing small-group and individual interventions to raise pupil attainment
• Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
• Helping students develop confidence, independence and engagement with learning
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
