Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Familiarity and experience working with computers, including G-Suite Products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Ability to pass Color Acuity Test
- Ability to work 2nd Shift (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am)
- Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Inspecting parts based on Royal's quality documentation (e.g., Secondary Inspection Instructions and Visual Reference Sheets)
- Inspecting parts to the Standard seconds per part target to ensure the pace of production meets customer demand
- Inspecting molded parts after first shot / last shot production runs to ensure quality and consistency
- Assisting in molding and assembly departments to cover absenteeism and break coverage
- Working in a team environment
