About The Position
Deco Products, founded in 1960 in Decorah, is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Our products serve industries including office furniture, window and door components, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC, electrical, and janitorial equipment. Assemble parts and perform secondary operations on purchased and die-cast components while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
Requirements
- Ability to read instructions and work with strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently
- Must be 18+ and able to work full-time hours
Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and operate assembly equipment
- Meet production and quality standards
- Maintain clean, safe work areas
- Adjust to changing job assignments and overtime as needed
