Second Shift Production Supervisor, Stanley Access Technologies - Greenfield, IN. The 2nd Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team. 2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturdays, as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma
3+ years of Supervisory or Leadership experience required
Proven track record of leading teams and people
Analytical mindset
Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies

Nice To Haves

Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.
