About The Position
US Engine Value is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to manage multiple departments overseeing production of quality parts, making production plans, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and correct quality problems.
- Coordinate with the Master Scheduler to efficiently manage daily work for each machine to ensure production flow.
- Assign Maintenance Technicians on a priority basis.
- Provide daily direction.
- Communicate with leadership across shifts.
- Monitor attendance and vacation.
- Advise, direct, coach, and lead team members.
- Compile downtime reports.
- Ensure quality parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Train operators.
- Monitor production.
- Lead 5S activities.
