Second Grade Teacher - Long Term Substitute
About The Position
The Neshaminy School District is seeking to hire a second grade long-term substitute teacher at Walter Miller Elementary School. This position is anticipated to start mid-December and last through to the end of April. Salary and benefits are consistent with the NFT collective bargaining agreement. The District will consider emergency certifications, however, will only do so in limited and appropriate situations governed by PDE regulations and practices. Requirements
- Valid PA certification PK-4 or other applicable elementary certification.
- Must be in good standing with Act 48 credits.
- Valid Child Abuse Clearance.
- Valid FBI clearance.
- Valid PA State Police Criminal Check.
- Completed Act 168 forms.
- If an out-of-state certificate holder, review PDE’s website for information about reciprocity.
Nice To Haves
- Emergency certifications may be considered in limited and appropriate situations.
