About The Position
The 2nd Cook is responsible for assisting the Head/1st Cook in preparing of all meals and ensuring the kitchen, dining and living areas are clean and sanitary at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Five (5) years experience in institutional food preparation
