The Second Cook plays an important role in bringing the Cordo Resto + Bar experience to life. As part of our culinary team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Kamloops, you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality, locally inspired dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Working alongside our Chef and culinary leadership team, you’ll support day-to-day kitchen operations—preparing ingredients, executing menu items with consistency, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working as part of a team, and is looking to grow within a well-established hospitality brand.
