About The Position

Patrol and protect the entire Lakeview campus, ensuring that all buildings and campus areas are secured and properly lit. Maintain peace, security, and safety; write reports; and monitor and respond as a first responder to emergent and non-emergent calls from residents, employees, or visitors on campus. While on duty, represent the maintenance and housekeeping departments by answering after-hours emergency calls that are within the employee’s knowledge and capabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid motor vehicle driver’s license with a safe driving record approved by the insurance provider.
• Current first aid and CPR certification required.
• Possess an empathetic approach to the elderly.
• Ability to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in law enforcement, security, or emergency response is preferred.
