About The Position

This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of outdoor Yards/Hides areas, performing housekeeping tasks, safely disposing of waste, and supporting operators with basic tasks. The job requires physical labor in outdoor conditions and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Previous Painting or General Labor experience
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Previous forklift experience

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor Yards/Hides areas, including routine removal of debris and waste
Perform housekeeping tasks such as washing down surfaces and assisting with equipment cleaning
Safely dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility and environmental guidelines
Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Support operators with basic tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations
Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
Assist with maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment
