Seasonal Worker
About The Position
The Seasonal Worker is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, applying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, processes purchases and returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and helps prepare and merchandise products. It also contributes to store recovery, cleanliness, shrink reduction, and safety efforts while following applicable labor laws, policies, and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
