About The Position

This role involves handling materials, raw goods, packaging, and finished products using both manual methods and material handling equipment. The position may include performing quality and sensory tests, maintaining accurate production and quality records, and loading/unloading trucks. Responsibilities also extend to cleaning production areas and equipment, demonstrating operational knowledge of all equipment for sanitation purposes, and understanding the application of sanitation chemicals. Tracking and recording quality and production events in systems like Redzone is also a key part of the role.

• Ability to track/record quality/production events in appropriate system (e.g. Redzone).

Responsibilities

• Handles materials, raw, packaging and finished goods either by hand or with material handling equipment.
• May perform quality and sensory tests involved in production of products.
• Must maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records as required.
• Loads and/or unloads trucks of materials, concentrates, etc. and perform other related duties as necessary.
• Cleans areas to encompass all general cleaning as well as sanitation events for production equipment.
• Has operational and working knowledge of all equipment as required to perform sanitation function.
• Has knowledge of all sanitation chemicals and their application.
• Track/record quality/production events in appropriate system (e.g. Redzone).
