JBG warehouse leads are active throughout their day, coordinating a team of 4+ to process freight through the USPS bypass mail system and freight pickup on-site. Reliability is key, as you are part of a larger team/customer base that will depend on you to be punctual and deliver daily.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Computer literacy
- Repetitive lifting, including bulk cases averaging 30 lbs. and weighing up to 85 lbs.
- Able to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, stand, and walk/stand continuously for shifts ranging from 8-12 hours
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Experience receiving DSD/Vendor Purchase Orders
- Experience with inventory systems/warehouse selection
Responsibilities
- Coordinating a team of 4+ to process freight through the USPS bypass mail system and freight pickup on-site.
- Following SOP’s and delegating work to direct reports.
- Assisting in identifying possible efficiencies for current and future processes.
