About The Position

We here at the Gustave A Larson Company are looking our next team member to join us as a Warehouse Attendant. We are an HVAC/R wholesale distributor throughout the Midwest and the Mountain States. Requirements

• Previous RF scanner experience required
• Ability to lift products throughout the day, including items weighing 50 lbs. or more
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Sufficient education to read, write, speak and understand English
• Basic math skills and able to perform or learn the requirements of the job within the assigned learning period
• Required to accept and follow all safety rules and policies, including the use of all mandated safety protective equipment
• Must agree to take pre-employment drug test and background check and comply with all Company policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating the following equipment preferred: Stock Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Clamp Truck
• Previous warehouse experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or industrial distribution preferred
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders and branch transfers
• Receive purchase orders and inbound transfers
• Unload incoming trucks safely and efficiently
• Put inventory away in designated warehouse locations
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Help ensure all outbound shipments are completed accurately and on time
• Work closely with warehouse leadership and team members to support daily operations
