Seasonal Turret Operator - Night Shift
About The Position
Lakeside Book Company is seeking a Seasonal Turret Operator for the night shift. This role is crucial in maintaining our safety culture, which is our most important business consideration. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for permanent hire after a 90-day evaluation period. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, with overtime required, including Fridays and Saturdays.
Requirements
- 6 months previous forklift experience required
- Ability to work at heights of 30+ feet
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs
- Safety shoes required
Responsibilities
- Operate a turret, cherry picker, stand-up forklift, and walkie stacker
- Case and full pallet pick
- Stow product
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory levels
- Follow all safety guidelines
