About The Position

Seasonal team members help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. They may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes store processes. The role involves working with teammates to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. Opportunities are available across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

Excellent communication skills.
Comfort with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service and a welcoming environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, promptly, and with care.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, accept feedback, and continuously build skills and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate customer information.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk minimization.
