About The Position

Seasonal team members help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. They assist customers on the sales floor, help with transactions, and support behind-the-scenes processes while working with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. Positions are available across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

Strong communication skills.
Comfort using technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing personalized service and a welcoming environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and available resources, accept feedback, and continuously build skills.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
