About The Position
At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, and we are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for Seasonal Team Members for the summer season who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Our Team Members are the secret ingredient, setting us apart with their personalities and, of course, our bagels. They ensure every guest feels welcomed, act as brand ambassadors by creating a positive guest experience, and take pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
