About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels, established in 1995, is seeking Seasonal Team Members for the summer season. The company emphasizes spreading joy and happiness through bagels and is committed to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. Team Members are considered the 'secret ingredient' and brand ambassadors, responsible for creating a positive guest experience. This involves welcoming guests, promoting the company, providing excellent guest service, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role is ideal for individuals ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests daily.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus
