About The Position

Seasonal team members help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. They assist customers on the sales floor, handle transactions, and support behind-the-scenes processes while working with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. Responsibilities

• Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, apply feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols; support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk minimization in the designated area.
