About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. Whether helping customers on the sales floor, assisting with transactions, or supporting behind-the-scenes processes, you’ll work with a team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. The company is hiring full-time, part-time, and flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

• Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support store operations, including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
