About The Position

ELS is hiring for the position of 2026 Seasonal Team Member in Gunnison, Colorado. This is a great summer seasonal position for those seeking an exciting change or a great gig for just the summer months. The role involves creating great experiences and fantastic memories at Blue Mesa RV Resort. ELS is the leading operator of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts and Campgrounds in North America, with appealing properties in desirable regions, offering a variety of homes and camping options. ELS has a strong national presence with more than 400 communities and resorts in 32 states and British Columbia and a team of more than 4000 employees.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic aptitude and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and functions
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
