About The Position
Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Seasonal Team Members to join their bakery team for the summer season. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient, with personalities that set the bakery apart. They are responsible for making guests feel welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy making people's mornings and are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
- Keep a safe and clean store environment.
