About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes work. You’ll collaborate with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. Positions are available across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

• Comfort with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems.
• Availability for a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move regularly throughout store areas and remain accessible to customers.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, offering personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support store operations, including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
