Requirements
- Prior experience preparing individual or business tax returns, or eagerness to apply accounting/tax coursework in a real-world setting.
- Comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners and senior staff to ensure client needs are met.
- Utilize tax preparation software, Excel, and other tools to manage workload.
- Gain exposure to a variety of clients—primarily privately held businesses and individuals.
- Learn hands-on in a supportive environment where mentorship and feedback are valued.
