About The Position

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is seeking a Seasonal Tasting Room Support Associate for Beaulieu Vineyard (BV), a historic Napa Valley winery. This role involves being a primary point of contact for guests, requiring a polite, friendly, and energetic demeanor. The associate will contribute to creating a wonderful experience for every visitor, supporting wine tastings, tours, events, and retail operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Some experience in retail sales or a similar hospitality setting
• Exemplary customer service skills required
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to relay knowledge of wines and wine production
• Dynamic with a positive attitude
• Clean professional appearance
• Excel at teamwork and interactions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine)
• This position must work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), some holidays and evenings

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of food and wine, the wine industry, Napa and Bay Area restaurants
• Wine industry and/or tasting room experience is highly desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Set-up and host wine tastings and tours for guests
• Provide world class customer service to site visitors
• Assist in events, private dinners and various site activities
• Assist with restocking, inventory, wine packing and floor upkeep
• Register operations, retail sales and wine club promotions
• Follow site policies and procedures
• Complete projects and other duties as directed by Retail Sales Manager
