About The Position

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is a global leader in the wine industry, and Frank Family Vineyards, a TWE company, is an ultra-premium Napa Valley winery. Frank Family Vineyards is known for its hand-crafted wines and its tasting room, which has been voted “Best Napa Winery" multiple times. The Seasonal Tasting Room Concierge will be responsible for providing a warm and gracious welcome to visitors, informing them about wine experiences, and enhancing their overall visit. This role also involves serving as a reservationist, managing reservations via phone and in person, and accurately entering guest information into the reservation system. Availability on weekends is required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine).

Responsibilities

• Courteously greet visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Provide information regarding tastings offered, tasting fees, and answer questions about the winery, family history, and surrounding area.
• Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room.
• Actively monitor tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled based on availability and guest wellbeing.
• Support the retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.
• Maintain and organize retail merchandise and support the retail team in maintaining clean bars, including glassware, as needed.
• Maintain an open line of communication with the sales team and the Tasting Room Manager.
