About The Position

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is a large global wine company. Frank Family Vineyards, a TWE company, is an ultra-premium Napa Valley winery known for its hand-crafted wines and award-winning tasting room. The Seasonal Tasting Room Concierge will provide a warm and gracious welcome to visitors, inform them about wine experiences, and manage reservations. This role involves serving as a reservationist, taking reservations via phone and in person, and entering guest information into the reservation system. Availability on weekends is required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate over the phone and in person.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Intermediate computer and phone skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor in all circumstances.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine).

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Provide information regarding the tastings offered, tasting fees and answer questions regarding the winery, family history, and surrounding area.
• Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room.
• Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing.
• Support retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.
• Maintain and organize retail merchandise and support retail team in maintaining clean bars, including glassware…as needed.
• Maintain an open line of communication with the sales team as well as the Tasting Room Manager.
