Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License.
  • 5+ years of Medicare experience.
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience.
  • Tech-savvy must be able to navigate multiple systems.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Highly organized, Disciplined, Detail Oriented, Self-starter, Strong follow up skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work within a team that requires minimal managerial oversight.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with transparent communication.
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and use CRM software.
  • Hard Working, Reliable, Professional, Sense of Urgency, driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your team of agents with growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives.
  • Support new hires during training and beyond.
  • Execute supporting activities to drive focus on sales.
  • Provide direction, support, and oversight to your team of agents to ensure their continued focus on exceeding personal, team, and company sales goals.
  • Measure and monitor your team’s results of efforts to ensure sales objectives are being met.
  • Create, read, and understand reports that will drive results aligning with the company’s objectives.
  • Become an expert in understanding new and existing Medicare products and updates.
  • Train your team of agents on new and existing Medicare products.
  • Hold yourself and the team accountable for everyday performance.
