About The Position

The Seasonal Sup supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and builds effective working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; facilitates employee training and development; and ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and coaching. Employees must comply with applicable safety policies and procedures and department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
