About The Position

As a seasonal sales associate/stylist, you will serve as a style ambassador, wear and represent gorjana jewelry, and create an exceptional shopping experience for customers in a genuine and enthusiastic manner. You will bring brand awareness, product knowledge, and the art of layering to life through engaging customer experiences. This seasonal position is expected to last through the peak holiday season. The location is hiring part-time or full-time seasonal stylists with flexible availability.

The day-to-day work includes customer experience, sales, and operations. Candidates should be enthusiastic about jewelry and accessorizing, enjoy interacting with customers and peers, and be motivated to build brand loyalty and meet sales goals. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation is an hourly wage of $18–$21 plus commission based on personal sales. Health benefits and paid time off accruals are available to eligible employees, subject to applicable eligibility qualifiers and waiting periods. Individual and business needs will be discussed during the interview process. The company participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility for new hires.
