About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate for its store at the Outlets at San Clemente in San Clemente, California. The associate helps deliver a best-in-class retail shopping experience and connects customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys through technology. The role involves engaging customers, contributing to store and community activities, supporting store operations, and working with the Store Manager and other associates to meet business goals. The position reports to the Store Manager and is expected to last 3–4 months, with potential to extend.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail work experience is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexible availability to work onsite, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years old.
The role involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; it may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and help customers live their passion.
Engage customers and explain product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Promote customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to support an easy-to-shop environment and customer purchasing journey.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives and standards for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 pounds.
