About The Position

Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, Seasonal Ticket Writers will serve as the
face of our retail sportsbook operation during our horseracing season. By
delivering a consistently high level of customer service to both experienced
patrons and novice bettors, you will create a welcoming and engaging environment
for all guests. As a knowledgeable resource on our full range of sports betting
options, you will assist customers by answering questions and providing guidance
to help them make informed, responsible wagering decisions.
