About The Position

Provide age-appropriate childcare during approved Seacoast events. Responsibilities include feeding, changing diapers, escorting to bathrooms, overseeing nap time, allowing free play, and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, crafts, and play. Ensure a clean and healthy environment for kids, following all safety policies and procedures. Greet parents, establish trust and rapport by building relationships with the children in your care. Act as a positive role model and treat each child with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Christ Follower
• Must be available to work flexible schedule, including some weekday and weeknight shifts, weekend shifts, and/or holiday shifts
• A passion for caring for children who can relate well to both the kids and adults
• Ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Live and drive Seacoast cultural values to Love God. Love People. Make it Better. And Have a Good Attitude.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of childcare experience preferred
