Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math
- Good decision-making skills
- Works well independently and as a member of the team
- Able to perform repetitive motions while sitting or standing for the duration of the entire shift
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good overall work and safety record

- Food manufacturing experience
- Good mechanical skills
Responsibilities
- Performing minor line equipment set-ups, moving product trays, and conducting product inspections
- Monitoring: inspecting product quality and removing defects
- Feeding: placing product onto a moving track for wrapping
- Catching: placing wrapped product into cartons
- Loading and Unloading: moving materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
- Case-packing/palletizing: placing cartons into shipping cases and/or stacking shipping cases onto pallets
- Operating: operating power hoists and electric pallet jacks to lift heavy objects
