Silo Ridge Field Club, located in Amenia, New York, is seeking a seasonal Sous Chef to join its Culinary Department. This full-time role, running from June 2026 to October 2026, involves supervising and managing all food preparation and kitchen organization. The Sous Chef will collaborate with the Executive Chef/Culinary Director to train staff, refine kitchen procedures, and ensure consistency and accuracy in delivering high-level service to members. This position is integral to creating the unique Discovery Land Company experience for members and employees.
