About The Position

This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs. The position involves accurately labeling, sorting, palletizing, and wrapping product for shipment, safely loading product to the correct carrier, and communicating with supervisors regarding discrepancies or damage. This role requires continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs+ and adherence to all safety policies, including wearing steel-toed boots.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
• Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership

Responsibilities

• Accurately label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment
• Safely load product to correct carrier for shipment
• Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues
• Continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs+
• Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required
